
OIC-COMSTECH Youth Leadership Training Program is a special initiative launched by the Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-COMSTECH). This program aims to empower young professionals from OIC member states by enhancing their leadership, innovation, and collaboration skills, enabling them to address global challenges and contribute to socio-economic development.
Participants will have the opportunity to work at the OIC-COMSTECH Secretariat in Islamabad, Pakistan, for a period of 3 to 6 months. During this time, they will gain comprehensive experience in policy development, innovation, and strengthening scientific and technological cooperation.
Program Highlights:
- Local Hospitality: All expenses for return airfare, accommodation, and meals will be fully covered under the program.
- Monthly Stipend: Participants will receive a stipend of 300 USD per month to cover daily expenses.
- Flexible Duration: The program duration is flexible and can range from 3 to 6 months, depending on individual circumstances.
Throughout the program, participants will work in different departments of the COMSTECH Secretariat on a rotational basis, providing them with hands-on, multidisciplinary learning experiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be under 35 years old.
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of an OIC member state.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Arabic, or French is required.
- Commitment: Willingness to commit to a 3–6 month training program in Islamabad, Pakistan.
